Refund Policy

At Oikos University Silicon Valley ESL campus, we are committed to providing clear and fair refund policies for all students.

  • Cancellation Before Program Start

Students who cancel their enrollment before the program start date may be eligible for a refund.

  1. The Application Fee is non-refundable

  2. The Enrollment Deposit is non-refundable

  3. All other tuition and fees will be refunded in full

  • Visa Denial (F-1 Students)

Students who are denied an F-1 visa are eligible for a refund.

​To request a refund, students must submit:

  • A copy of the official visa denial letter

​​Refund details:

  • The Application Fee is non-refundable

  • The Enrollment Deposit may be refunded (optional – you can choose your policy)

  • All other tuition fees will be fully refunded

  • Withdrawal After Program Start​

​Students who withdraw after the program has started will receive a partial refund based on the amount of time attended.

  • Termination / Dismissal​

No refund will be issued if a student is dismissed for:

  1. Violation of school policies

  2. Poor attendance

  3. Misconduct

  • Non-Refundable Fees​

​​​The following fees are non-refundable:

  1. Application Fee

  2. Enrollment Deposit

  3. I-20 Processing Fee

  4. SEVIS Fee (paid to the U.S. government)

  • Refund Processing​​

  1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing

  2. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval

  3. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible

  • Program Cancellation by the School​

If a program is canceled by Silicon Valley ESL campus, students will receive a full refund of all unused tuition and fees
